Burt in Phoenix Sept 28 Cancelled

I received a phone call today from the Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix saying the Burt Bacharach performance on Sunday, September 28 has been cancelled. I was instructed to mail my ticket back for a refund. I am to send it to:

Phoenix AZ 85004

I called them back to confirm it (602-262-6225), because I couldn't believe it was cancelled one week before the show! Anyone know why the concert is cancelled???? Now I have to try and change my airline ticket.
