Had a new experience that made me wanna sing "Raindrops". My youngest, daughter and her friends apartment is a virtual colander.....no kiddin. A beautiful property, French doors etc. but not built too well it seems lol. One of them almost had pneumonia from mold from the last hurricane that they just discovered and had no idea was making them sick. That was a fairly small leak.
Mangement is letting them move into the model till they can find a suitable place for them to move to permanently.
We had minimal damage as far as we can tell but the roof needs to be inspected.
