100 Greatest Albums Of The Decade
(at the beginning of the text, if you would like to watch videos of each band)
I seem to have read that the band White Stripes mentions Burt as a major influence. I believe something to that effect has been attributed to Blur also. They have albums on the top 20.
I didn't delve into any of this. There might exist something more interesting somewhere.

If you're interested, not only does NME seem to have a reader's poll, but if you go here
http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/i ... he-decade/
before Monday, November 30th, you can look for
"Click here for the Readers’ Poll ballot"
and vote.
As usual, I'm just trying to provide some "just in case" info.
