You probably have some idea of how much your music has meant, still means, and will always mean to countless listeners. For me, personally, your music has spiritual qualities that make me feel the creative, beautiful, healing and life-giving presence of God. I deeply appreciate not only your tremendous talent, but your generous and ongoing use of it for the benefit of us all. May God give you a blessed new year of life and creative work! steve schenck
I remember meeting Burt in Edinburgh at the stage door of the Lyceum theatre way back in both 1964 and '65 - he was conducting for Marlene Dietrich and I was a teenager who loved his music (still do!). Many happy returns, Maestro Bacharach!
