CD of full orchestral score to Promises, Promises

Hello -

We're producing Promises, Promises in Boston in December and would love to learn where we can get a full recording of the music for our choreographer to use. Unfortunately, the cast album doesn't follow the score exactly so it's not the best source for her. The licensing company doesn't have one, but I was hoping a Bacharach fan might know of something.

Any help is appreciated.

When we did the show, I was the rehearsal piano player and they just recorded me playing through all of the music.
